Common questions
- Schedule or timecard questions: contact your on-site manager first — they can update roster access and punch times. For app bugs or login failures, email support.
- Login issues: confirm your sign-in name and password with your manager, or email support@shiflow.app. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen if a recovery email is on file.
- Password reset: open the Shiflow sign-in screen → Forgot password? A reset link is emailed to the recovery address on your account.
- Something else: email support@shiflow.app or use the form above.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Shiflow account yourself — no phone or email ticket required.
- In the mobile app: open Account (top of the screen) → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm.
- On the website: sign in at shiflow.app → Account (header) → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm.
Deletion permanently removes your login and personal account data. Employer schedule and timecard records for the business may remain as needed for the restaurant.
